This news was e-mailed to all the members currently signed up to the website. However we do seem to have had a few problems with the message going out so I’m putting it up on here as well!

Hello!

As most of you know, the official KWSNi website has been down for around a week now due to some rebuilding. The entire website isn’t completely finished yet, there is still content to be added and more to do BUT the forums are now available to use!

There are a few changes to the forums so I’ll take a little time to explain these changes.

Due to the vast amount of game forums we’ve added, we’ve taken the “out of game, general chats” out of the specific game forums and placed them at the top of the forum. This means all guild game members can cross-communicate with each other easily. In addition to that all of the “web discussion” and “guild idea” forums have also been moved out of the specific game forums.

Another change is that when a new user registers to the website, they will be automatically placed in the “Newly Registered Users” group. What users in this group will be able to do is post in the New Members Area (http://www.kwsni.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=205). They’ll be able to post 2/3 posts to introduce themselves and tell us which game/s they are playing with KWSNi. Once that post has been created, an Administrator will place that member in the specific game groups and they will then have permission to post in those specific game forums.

This is reasonably good news for you!

What you now need to do is head over to http://www.kwsni.com, log In and navigate to the forums. Once there put a quick post up in the “New Members Area” (http://www.kwsni.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=205 .) In this post needs to be a simple list of the games you play with KWSNi. Once that is posted give the Administrators 24-48hours to apply your permissions and you’ll have access to the game forums!
